We can provide a comprehensive service for organisations required to carry out Operator Self Monitoring. Severn Trent Services can provide analysis of sewage effluent, untreated sewage effluent and trade effluent for over 300 additional determinands at our Coventry and recently opened Wakefield laboratories.

Our sampling team were also granted accreditation to the same MCERTS performance standard, for sampling untreated and treated sewage effluent at waste water treatment works and for on-site testing of these samples for PH and conductivity.
Further information and detail on accredited determinands and schedules of accreditation can be accessed online on the UKAS website.

Other Operational Update

Our laboratory in Bridgend have devised a new box label system for customers who require priority registration. The system has been introduced to encourage customers to use the labels, which will assist Coventry Sample Reception in identifying samples requiring priority registration. This will help to reduce the likelihood of Micro, Taste and Odour samples being received late and speed up the process of samples being couriered to our Bridgend laboratory for analysis.
