Onsite Analysis (Soils)

On-site analysis provides, a reliable, rapid and cost effective method of investigation for contaminated land remediation. Severn Trent Services offer a range of on-site tools for soils, associated water and gases include, VOC’s, SVOC’s, TIC’s, Waste Characterisation Suites, and a wide range of other determinands.

On-site tools deliver almost immediate analytical results and can be used to identify areas of contamination quickly and precisely, taking high numbers of samples in a short space of time. The tools can be used to identify contamination hotspots more accurately, material from these areas can be precisely removed, reducing the volume of material needing costly treatment or landfill disposal. This approach enables work to continue for areas of the site that have been identified as clean whilst accredited laboratory analysis is conducted on those areas of the site identified as potentially contaminated, in line with regulatory requirements.
