9001:2008 Certification

Severn Trent Services are delighted to announce our Quality Management System certification has been retained. Analytical Services will continue to provide ISO 9001:2008 certified urban waste water sampling service, environmental consultancy, field sampling and monitoring services as well as the supply of analysed solutions.

Chris Caird (Quality Director) explains: "ISO9001 is the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems. By complying with this standard we can ensure that that the quality of our work is being effectively managed so as to make sure that our customers’ requirements are understood and met. ISO9001 Certification is only available to organisations that have been rigorously audited by independent quality management experts and provides assurance to our customers that their expectations of high quality service from Severn Trent Services will be delivered".
